Will the agent replace my support team?

It doesn't have to. The agent handles repetitive questions and simple tasks, and hands the conversation to a person when the case calls for it. You decide where that line sits.

Which AI models do you use?

Mostly Claude models, from Anthropic. We pick the model for each task based on quality, speed, and cost.

Can the agent look things up in my systems?

Yes. We connect the agent to what you already use (ERP, CRM, spreadsheets, payment gateway, shipping carrier) through an API or MCP, and it only accesses what you allow.

How much does an AI agent cost?

It depends on the scope: channels, integrations, and conversation volume. After a short call, we send a proposal with scope, timeline, and price.
